RougeTone garments are crafted with high-spec technical microfibers. Follow these golden rules to keep your pieces soft, sculpted, and vibrant for years.
What To Do
- Wash Inside Out: Turning leggings and bras inside out protects the exterior buttery brushed finish from friction with other items.
- Cold Water (30°C / 85°F): Preserves the elastane stretch memory and prevents rich terracotta dyes from fading.
- Gentle Detergent: Use mild liquid detergent. Avoid harsh powders that may leave residue in microfibers.
- Air Dry or Low Tumble: Lay flat or hang dry for best longevity. If using a machine dryer, choose ultra-low heat.
What To Avoid
- No Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners coat technical fibers in a silicone film that impairs sweat-wicking and breathability.
- No Bleach: Bleach degrades synthetic spandex elastic bonds, leading to loss of compression over time.
- Avoid Velcro & Heavy Zippers: Wash activewear in a mesh laundry bag away from open velcro or abrasive denim jackets.
- Do Not Iron: High heat will damage microfiber knits. Steaming from a distance is safe if needed.
